• The Red Zone Lawyers

  • Our Philosophy

Over 45 years ago, Mike Moriarty started representing injured clients. He chose this area of law because he recognized the need to champion the rights of the average citizen. When another person or company has wronged you, having a voice and defending your rights can be a daunting and difficult task. Mike and Erren work hard to ensure that each client is heard. They fight hard to achieve the best results possible for their clients.
In 1999, the Moriarty Law Firm moved from downtown Houston to the Historic Heights District. Located at 404 Heights Blvd, the two-story Victorian house was completely renovated. This location allows their clients to avoid the traffic and congestion of downtown Houston. The atmosphere at the law firm is very warm and comfortable. Clients always say they feel at home when they are at the Moriarty Law Firm.

    the red zone.

The Red Zone Lawyers is a name that Mike has adopted. In football, the "Red Zone" is the part of the field from the opponent's 20-yard line to the opponent's goal line. It becomes harder to score a touchdown in the Red Zone. How well a team performs in the Red Zone often determines the outcome of a game. The Litigation Red Zone is when it gets tough to deal with a legal claim or a case. In this zone, one needs a legal professional to call the right plays in order to be successful.
The Moriarty Law Firm has been making the right calls for its clients for over 40 years and will continue to do so. The lawyers and staff of the firm strive to work hard for their clients. The Moriarty Law Firm takes pride in offering sound legal representation to their clients in what is often a stressful situation. Most importantly, Mike and Erren treat their clients like family. If you need help with a case, you can trust that the Moriarty Law Firm will do their best for you.
